1. Gratitude -- Say thank you for everything that you have, as small as it could be --not focus on what we dont have.
2. Let go and forgive-focus on things that matter--(things that happened earlier -- Ask yourself?-but do they matter now -- if not then let go)
3. Self definition of life and dreams-find your own meanin of life--we try to live dreams of other people .Dreams change --therfore revisit your actions and goals
4. Stay away from negative people & make boundaries --They dont go away forever --if one goes other person will come --create boundaries--look at it like a test , deal with it and move on without engaging .
5. Treat others the way you want to be treated--treat others well--yet do not expect them to do the same to you...this will keep you happy..be polite n courteous to everyone...make it a way of behaviour ...one can agree or disagree respectfully without getting personal
segregate the action from getting personal .
